There is a kind of inner movement I’ve begun to see more clearly. It happens every time I wish something were different than it is. It can be something big or small – a relationship, a feeling, a stagnant outer situation.
And I notice that as soon as that movement awakens in me – I leave the now. I step out of my power, out of my field, out of my center, out of my inner peace. Not because something is wrong, but because I’m trying to avoid what already is.
I used to believe it was a longing for more clarity, more truth. But I see now that it’s often just resistance in disguise. A subtle unwillingness to fully be where I am.
This isn’t unusual. Most of us do it every day, often without realizing it. We think peace and stillness will come when something changes. But maybe it’s the other way around: That stillness comes when we stop trying to change.
Do you recognize the feeling? Have you also felt how exhausting it is to resist what already is? That sense of never fully landing, because something inside keeps pulling – “it has to be different first.”
But what happens if we stop? If we stop trying to get to where we think we should be – and instead open to what is already whispering here?
This insight landed in me through the scent of lily of the valley.
One morning she stood there – low, bowed, almost hidden in the green. Nothing demanded my attention. Yet something in me paused anyway. And I heard a whisper from the living field:
You don’t need to keep chasing.
You’re already here.
Peace isn’t something to reach –
it’s what you forgot to rest in.
That whisper carried a code. And that code took form in the image I captured that day.
Lily of the valley, in her fragrant presence, opens a portal – for those who feel called to step through.
The lily of the valley that whispered stillness back to me.
A code package with this image is now available in my Etsy shop, for those who wish to deepen their presence in the field.
Lily of the Valley – Remembrance Frequency Code
As always, the blog, the image, and the code are three ways of approaching the same field. Choose the one that speaks to you. You are warmly welcome.
If you were touched by what I share and wish to offer something in return –both to me and the living field that opens through these words –you are warmly welcome to contribute here.
