Presence. Transformation. Remembrance. DNA Remembrance is a session for you who long to release what weighs you down, breathe more freely, and reconnect with your inner light. Here, your body and energy are given space to remember, release, and receive what you are ready for. How the session unfolds: We begin with a brief conversation where you share what feels important. Then you rest on the treatment table while I hold the space where energy can flow freely. I observe what moves - without directing the process - and remain present for what wants to reveal itself. If your body calls for more physical contact, I use touch, acupressure, or TuiNa - not as methods, but as bridges between energy and body. Your body begins to remember. Blockages dissolve. Balance returns. A new sense of peace awakens. Afterwards, you have time to settle. The shift may come immediately or unfold gradually over the following days - your body works at its own pace. The place: Sessions take place in my studio at Hallahus in Klåveröd, Söderåsen. A place for stillness, restoration, and deep presence where you can let go of everyday noise.
