You know the feeling. Not always loud and clear — sometimes it's small, almost quiet. A pull toward an idea, a project, a direction, something that ignites from within precisely in the meeting with that possibility.

And then, for most of us, the thinking mind steps in — the practical and analytical — and quickly finds every reason to wait a little longer. Is this the right timing? What if it doesn't work? And am I really ready?

What ignited in the body is called excitement. It is a feeling and at the same time a precision instrument — think of it as the spark plug in an engine, small and precise, but what actually sets everything in motion. Without it, nothing happens, no matter how much else is in place.

I have long worked with Already Is — the insight that wholeness is the starting point, not the destination, and that all versions of you already exist. But what I noticed, in myself and in those I meet, is that Already Is without movement easily becomes passive waiting, where you understand the principle but wait for reality to confirm it.

Excitement is what breaks the waiting.

It does not navigate immediately toward what you desire, but toward what fits the whole of your path — including the contracts you have with other souls and the synchronicity with those who are meant to be part of what unfolds. It is an intelligence that sees more than you can see from your place in the moment, and your task is to act on the signal.
