DNA Remembrance: When memory replaces performance

An introduction to awakening the divine within you
There are two paths to change. One leads outward – we strive, perform, build, and try to become something we are not yet. The other leads inward – we pause, listen, remember what is already encoded within us, and allow it to awaken.
The first path exhausted many of us long before we arrived here.
The second path is what I call DNA Remembrance – and it is an entirely different path and frequency.
What does "Divine" really mean?
Before we go any further, let's clarify a word that is often misunderstood.
Gregg Braden – geologist, researcher, and best-selling author who weaves science and spirituality together – defines the divine as "the ability to transcend perceived limitations," not as something outside ourselves.
Divine does not mean the religious, the heavenly, or something we must reach for.
Divine refers to the capacities that make us deeply and essentially human – our unique interface with life:
Our imagination and creativity – he gift of dreaming up and creating what does not yet exist.
Our empathy and compassion – the ability to feel another’s heart, beyond words.
Our capacity for love and forgiveness – not just as beautiful thoughts, but as an inner force that can dissolve old tensions and heal the body from within.
Our deep intuition – the quiet, clear voice that _knows_ the way, long before the mind catches up.
These qualities are not something you need to develop. They are something you need to awaken.
They are already encoded within you.
Your DNA is a fractal antenna
Now to something that can change how you view your own body and your healing.
Your DNA is not just a biological blueprint. It is a fractal antenna – a living structure that both receives and transmits information across many frequencies simultaneously.
What does this mean?
A fractal antenna repeats the same pattern on all scales and is therefore sensitive to a broad spectrum of signals – not just one or two, but many at once. Your DNA functions in the same way. It reacts not only to chemical signals (vitamins, hormones, toxins) but also to:
Energy, light, sound and frequency – the invisible universal fields that constantly move through and around us.
The information in your emotions – fear, love, stillness
The field you hold within yourself – your attention, your intention, what you focus on
Your contact with nature and proximity to other people
This means something crucial : your body is not isolated from the world. It is a portal to it.
Your DNA is the receiver. And the transmitter. It is through this interplay that your body is constantly conversing with the life around you.
That is why healing is not something done to you – it is something that happens through you, when you create the right conditions for the memory to awaken.

Two paths: remembering or performing
Here it becomes clear why DNA Remembrance differs so much from the common view of spirituality and health.
The path of performance:
"I must become something I am not yet. I must fix myself. I must grow, evolve, get better, become whole, become enlightened."
That path is built on absence. On what is lacking. It is exhausting for your DNA, for your emotions, and for your nervous system – because you are constantly working against something, rather than with something.
The path of remembering:
"The divine is already here. My body remembers. My soul remembers. I only need to open up, pause, listen, and let it wake up."
That path is built on presence. On what already is. When you move from this frequency, something else happens – healing occurs instead of you working for it. Transformation becomes a natural result of awakening, not of effort.
It might sound too simple. But think about it: when you love someone, do you need a manual on how to love? No – it awakens naturally when you are close to that person. It just happens. It is the same with your own wholeness – when you wake up and remember who you truly are, healing happens.
It is the difference between doing and allowing.

How memory lives in the Duveroth field
All of Duveroth is carried by this truth – that healing is not done, but allowed to happen, and then it happens spontaneously.
A physical session is not a treatment where someone "fixes" you. It is a meeting where your body is given permission to remember its inner rhythm. Where the tensions that have taken up space in your body – often long before you understood why they came – can relax when they are allowed to dissolve in a way that feels right for your body, your emotions, and your soul.
A distance session works the same way, only from another physical space. Because memory needs no physical proximity – it is timeless. Your DNA knows how to resonate with the right frequency, regardless of distance.
And Remembrance Resonance – portraits, images, words, textures – act as portals to what you already are. They awaken recognition. "Ah, yes – that was what I had forgotten about myself."
It is an entirely different medicine than sitting with a checklist of what is "wrong" and needs to be "fixed."
What this means for you here and now
If this resonates with you, here's what might start to happen:
You stop fighting yourself. Much of our exhaustion comes from internalizing that we are "wrong" in some way and need to become "right." When you stop performing your self and start remembering it, everything changes.
Your body becomes an ally instead of an enemy. Instead of seeing symptoms as "errors that must be repaired," you can start listening to what your body is trying to say. It is often not wrong – it is communication. Memory awakens through pain, through tension, through stillness.
You become receptive to healing in a way that is not forced. Healing from this place is not something you have to "work on." It is something that happens when you open up, when you pause, when you allow.
Intuition becomes your guide. The divine within you – your direct knowing, your intuition – becomes not something mystical or unreliable. It becomes your tool, your compass. And your DNA, this fractal antenna, is the receiver that makes it possible.
Next step – The path inward
You don't have to start big. You just have to start simple.
This week:
Pause once a day. Maybe just for a few minutes. Sit still. Feel your body. What does it remember? What does it want to say right now?
Go out into nature – even if only for five minutes. Your DNA resonates with nature’s field. Let it happen.
Put away the phone or tablet for a while. Give your DNA the chance to receive something other than digital signals.
If you want to go deeper:
A session at Hallahus – whether in the clinic or at a distance – is a way to get support in this awakening. It is not because something is "wrong" with you. It is because sometimes a meeting is needed, a field that is completely open for you, for the memory to fully awaken.
A physical session when the body needs direct touch and to be heard through proximity.
A distance session when you want to receive healing and clarity where you are, in your own room, in your own rhythm.
Or begin with The Path of Emotions – a conscious map you can return to when you need to guide yourself back to stillness and recognition.
Memory replaces performance
This is the time to return. Return to the body. Return to intuition. Return to the divine that is already here.
Not by fighting. But by remembering.
Your DNA already knows how to wake up. It only needs permission – from yourself.
Welcome home.
