Self-control closes your field - your life force

There's something I've noticed, both in my own life and when I hold field for others:
Many believe that self-control keeps their energy gathered within them. That it's the same as taking responsibility. That it's self-care.
I lived that way myself for many years. Not through harsh discipline or iron grip - it was much more subtle than that. I simply wanted my life under my own "balanced" control. Kept my condition in check in a way that seemed completely natural, completely right.
But deep within, I knew I was always balancing on an edge. And it wasn't just my body - it mirrored everywhere. In relationships. In finances. In all of life.
Until my body and field told me what I was actually doing!
What I realized was this:
Self-control seems to keep energy inward. "I'm holding myself. I'm taking care of myself. I have my life under control." It sounds like energy stays with you. But when control activates - the field CLOSES. Not just a little. COMPLETELY.
It's like placing a glass dome over a living plant. It appears protected there. But it can no longer grow, no longer receive what it needs, no longer interact with its surroundings. And slowly it withers in its isolation.
The field, however, is alive. It breathes. It receives. It knows.
And self-control - even subtle, well-meaning control - suffocates all of this.

Losing power
It's not just a question of WHERE energy is - with you or with others. It's about HOW it moves. Whether it flows or gets shut in.
It's easy to see when energy leaks outward: "I must reach them. I must make them understand. I must prove my worth." Energy goes out toward others, toward results, toward approval.
But self-control looks different: "I'm holding myself. I'm taking responsibility. I'm balancing my life." It seems to go inward, like something good.
Yet the same thing happens - the field closes and power drains.
For even the most subtle control has a reference point outside yourself. You control yourself to maintain balance. To not fall apart. For something to become "right." To have life "in balance." And in each such moment you isolate yourself. Nothing comes in. Nothing goes out. All exchange between you and what could carry you - broken.
Energy no longer leaks outward. But it doesn't flow either. It gets shut in. Isolated. Frozen in place.
The glass dome you forgot
Control lives in the body as the underlying tension you hold. Often it's been there so long you no longer notice it. It just IS there. Like a constant hum. Like something you forgot you put in place long ago.
In some it shows as stagnation (freezing). Stiffness in the system. A body that can never quite relax. In others as fullness (overheating). Constant alarm. A body that also cannot find rest.
But both are the same: the body keeps itself sealed off from the field's power.
The plant under the dome still tries to grow. But without exchange, without what gives life - what happens then?
It withers - becomes "sick".
The illness IS the dome
Imagine someone living with chronic pain. Inflammation that won't let go. Exhaustion that's become ordinary. They learn to balance it through discipline. Never rest too long - then it gets worse. Never push too hard - then comes inflammation. Always weighing stillness and movement. Always keeping the body "under control."
The control seems to work. The condition doesn't escalate. But it doesn't disappear either. For it's the control itself that feeds the condition.
Discipline gives the body exactly what keeps illness alive: isolation from what could heal. Separation from soul's power. The body tries to speak. The field tries to reach through. But the barrier is in place. And in that isolation - where nothing can move freely anymore - inflammation, pain, exhaustion grow.
What if what you call "illness" isn't the diagnosis? What if the illness IS the glass dome itself?
The field needs to flow
There's something fundamental few understand:
Your energy field is alive. It breathes. It receives from everything around and within you. It knows exactly what you need. But it can only carry you when it actually GETS TO FLOW FREELY.
Not "held in place through control."
For when you try to control the field - you suffocate it.
Like the plant in its isolation. It's still there. But it can no longer grow. It can no longer receive. All exchange with the living is disturbed.
The field isn't something you direct. It's not something you discipline into place. It's a living intelligence that needs to flow. Something you EMBODY. Something you ARE.
The difference that changes everything
There's a difference between keeping something locked away and being it.
When you control:
The body keeps itself isolated. The underlying tension seems protective but it suffocates. Exchange with the field's power shuts down. You try to hold everything in place through willpower.
And in isolation - no air. No movement. Nothing that can reach in.
When you embody:
The underlying tension releases. Isolation breaks. The body opens. The field gets to breathe again, receive again, flow again.
There's no effort - only presence in the living.
The difference is no longer subtle when you sense into it.
When you control - you notice how everything gets shut in, isolated, stops moving. When you embody - you notice how the field opens and begins to breathe again.
Four stages of consciousness
There are different ways to relate to life and to your own power.
To Me - Life happens to you. Everything comes from outside. You're a victim of circumstances. The field exists, but you don't even sense it.
By Me - You actively create. But energy is still directed outward toward results "out there." You must do, control, prove. And in every control moment you isolate yourself.
Through Me - You begin to sense flow. But still see yourself as channel for something greater - not as the source itself. Isolation lifts sometimes, but not completely.
As Me - No separation exists anymore. No dome. Nothing that closes. You know you ARE the field. That everything experienced is a reflection of yourself.
In As Me consciousness there's no one to control. For there's no separation between you and life itself. What you called "illness" isn't something happening to you. It's the isolation you've held in place through control's underlying tension.
And when you fully embody your own field - isolation breaks.
Not because you worked your way there. But because there's nothing left to protect.
Nothing to control.
Only the living itself.
When the body remembers
In DNA Remembrance I don't hold field to fix anything. I hold frequency where the body gets to remember. Remember what it already knows behind the barrier. Remember soul's power that's always been there - but control shut out. Remember it doesn't need to be directed or protected - for it IS soul intelligence.
The body doesn't transform through being controlled to health. It transforms when isolation breaks. When it finally gets to breathe again, receive again, flow again.
When it embodies its own field - complete, without effort, without control.
The moment the dome lifts
It may have gone on for long. Months. Years. Perhaps decades. The underlying tension that's just there. The barrier you no longer notice.
The body has almost forgotten it once breathed life force. Then comes that moment: "It's okay. You can let go." The dome lifts. Underlying tension releases. Breath deepens. And for the first time in long - soul's power gets to move freely again.
The body REMEMBERS. Not as a memory in the head. As a bodily recognition of the living.
Not because work was performed. Not because control was applied.
But because when isolation finally breaks - everything that's always been there but couldn't reach through returns.
Soul's power. The field that breathes. What has always known.
Embodying life
"Standing in your field" doesn't mean "place the dome and keep everything controlled."
It means: LET it breathe. LET it live. LET it receive. EMBODY the field. TRUST its intelligence. BE it.
For what happens when control releases is that you can finally EMBODY your life. Fully. Completely.
It can never be embodied as long as you keep yourself separated in the barrier. As long as control closes movement.
But when you release control - when you embody the field - you simultaneously embody all of life.
While you control - you isolate yourself from soul's power that "carries" you.
When you embody - you are the field itself. No dome. No separation. Nothing closing the flow. As Me. Then the field carries you. Not because you hold it in place. But because you ARE it. Alive. Breathing. In full movement with all that is.
